Is BeehiveDrive an official DMV app?
No. BeehiveDrive is an independent study tool based on the Utah Driver Handbook. It's not affiliated with the Utah Driver License Division. Always confirm current rules at dld.utah.gov.
What's the difference between Free and Premium?
Free gets you the Road Signs category, unlimited practice within it, and 5 AI tutor questions a day. Premium ($9.99/month) unlocks every other category, the full Traffic Safety track, and unlimited AI tutor access. See Account to upgrade or manage your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Account and select "Manage subscription." That opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can cancel or update your payment method directly -- no need to email us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
I forgot my password.
Use the password reset page if you signed up with email. If you signed in with Google or Apple, there's no BeehiveDrive password to reset -- just use that provider's sign-in button again.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Go to Account and select "Delete my account." This immediately and permanently deletes your account, subscription, and all study data -- it cannot be undone. If you can't sign in, email support@beehivedrive.app instead. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Is the AI tutor always right?
It's for study help, not official guidance, and can occasionally be wrong. If it ever conflicts with the official Utah Driver Handbook, trust the handbook.
